Carol,
It could be some kind of mold in your Windows OS ... but seriously, yes there
have been jpg.s of Newton, and Elian (who looks alot like Tom Sheehan). With
my cable modem connection it's no problem; it may be kind of slow for others.
Reading my mail in Netscape Communicator the photos just appear as part of the
post (no need for special translation). Other than 2-3 photos, were other
letters illegible (I don't think I was posting in Chinese this week)?
I don't recall whether Andy has a position pro or con on attachments; what's
your committee's thoughts on the topic?
