Terry... The keys are very likely ivory. Note there are seven different shapes of keyfronts on a piano Your best bet is to contact a local technician who does this kind of work. You could use plastic, but it wouldn't look very nice and is very likely thicker than the old ivory. Good luck.... Dick RPT MT
