CA glue isn't good for ivories, but it isn't because of a weak glue joint. It's because the CA is too rigid. When the key changes dimension, the glue can't accomodate it. That's why there is/was a linen expansion joint betwixt keytop and key from the original installation with hide glue. Bob Anderson Tucson, AZ
