Don, Look carefully at the center bushing and you might see the pin has created a major depression for itself in the center bushing. It works fine except for getting back into it's slot. You can actually feel it if you work the key up and down gently without wippen weight upon it. Also there is a remote possibility that the capstan has dug itself a major fox hole in the rocker cushion. How much weight to use is how much is required. Down and dirtiest is graduated down weight about 50 to 45 grams in treble without dampers and bumping key frame to break static friction. I would use Jiffy leads and screw them into place on the underside of the key using 5/8"x4 flathead philips sheet metal screws. No hole drilling. You need to make sure the lead will clear all keyframe members and you may have to cut one or two in half to make it all work. Crude but it works. If you want the best approach learn the Stanwood system. Newton
