Hi Brian,
The NEECSO Regional Convention, is in Mystic, Conn., Apr. 27-29, 2001.
It is usually well attended, from New England and Eastern Canada.
I have been to quite a few, and have enjoyed them all.
Roger Jolly, was recommending one coming up, next year in Toronto, I
think. You should contact him for particulars.
