Hi Ric,
It depends on when...Steinway and Paderweski had a bit of a falling out at
the turn of the century. I know that he used Webers exclusively during this
period. There were four Weber concert grands made for him ca. 1906 that had
quad-chords throughout the treble rather than trichords.

could be found out what temperament Steinway used during that
