I Agree, what's the big deal, if the strings are shot, replace them.  If the
pins are loose, replace them. If the action is shot, install new parts.
Aren't we as technicians supposed to be re building pianos??? As far as I'm
concerned, it's just a matter of does the customer want to spend the money.
I'm blind and and can't see the photo, and what was the make of the piano??
