Electoral college and simple math

Gina,
Greg is apparently a liberal. Therefore, he presumes that he gets to make up
the rules. And, then change them in order to get the results he wants. Old
Billie Boy showed us all that "rule of law" doesn't apply to his kind.
That's close to my definition of tyranny.
