Thanks Ron..the one thing I didn't mention in my earlier post is that the
player comes from a very stable Yamaha G2..so he thinks right now there is a
problem with the pianos themselves and is not necessarily interested in
hearing, or believing, that playing 4-5 hrs. a night, 6 nights a week would
require more service than the Yamaha he is use to playing got, which I don't
believe was much.

when I do get to the pianos, I do notice unisons falling, but the overall
'tuning' of the pianos are at A=440..that hasn't changed in months.

tap the coils again?..aarg!
