..stability issue..

Rook:

No piano used professionally is going to stay "in tune" for 2 months.  Two weeks would be more like it.

Do you use a VTD?  I've found since using one here at the school that pianos are a little more stable since they are tuned exactly the same each time.  The temperament is the same, the stretch is the same.  Each string goes back to the same exact tension it had the last time it was tuned since I tune them to the same tuning file.  I'm sure some would disagree, but that's certainly been my experience here.
