Frozen Agraffe

Ray,

The trick is to take "smallish" (about the size of the agraffe stem) and
file a V into it so you have two points, one on each end of the blade.  This
will usually get a grip into the stem.  Then with a vice-grip attached, turn
counter-clockwise will lightly tapping the top of the screwdriver.  This
"almost" always works.
