Getting finger prints off a mat finish

Tell the people to wash their hands before handling the piano.

Seriously: wIth the satin ebony polyester finishes windex and a soft cloth
works well (not recommended for lacquer finishes)
Also another big problem with satin ebony finishes is when well meaning
people decide to get out the old Pledge or similar furniture polish and
liberally apply.
