The score will be recorded by the Republican groundskeeper before the round 
is finished, and posted in the clubhouse. The victory celebration may be 
very loud to drown out the protests from the opposing side.

and one more:

Any Democrats counting the score may be pushed out of the way by Republican 
staffers paid and flown in for the purpose. (and that ain't straight pool)
