Well, you know what? I'm happy to pay Schaff's prices and know that my order will be handled properly and in a timely fashion. I, too, have spoken to people who say APSCO has always treated them great. It's wrong to treat some customers great and others like the stuff underneath keys. Also it's nice to know immediatly if something is out of stock, rather than hold while the gal runs into the warehouse to check. ...just blowin' off steam...thank for the forum. Matt-NY
