Sluggish/Sticking Dampers in Grand

Hi John,

there is no purpose in replacing the wires.  I do think
there might be a purpose in replacing the guide rail
bushings unless they have been and they are just too tight. 
If they were no replaced they may be gummied up with
inappropriate lubrications.  The wires should be polished
and perfectly clean and the bushing should be perfectly
clean as well.  Do them all, whatever you do, for the sake
of consistency.
