I'm going to try to be much more prompt from now on, and to finally start keeping up to date backups. Susan >> I had my hardrive crash a couple of weeks ago and fortunately some of my files were backed up more than others. Taught me a lesson to backup more frequently. I suspect it was a virus because I could not get in to Windows and the startup froze. The HD was under warranty but I took them up on the offer to pay an extra $75 for a 15 gig, rather than a 13 gig which I initially had. It runs much faster now. When all the fuss came about last night, I hurried to the computer store and purchased Mcaffey Antivirus. Like my backup habits, I should have done this a long time ago. I also purchased Mcaffey Firewall which I highly recommend. Keeps outsiders out of your computer system. Dave Peake, RPT Portland Chapter Oregon City, OR www.davespianoworks.locality.com
