Pianodisc vs QRS pianomation

At the store where I work, we've installed both units.  Mark Burgett,
whose family owns Pianodisc, lives here in San Diego, and used to do a
lot of our installs.  He is the one who trains the new installers, and
is the technical advisor for Pianodisc.  When we used to sell the
Pianodisc, there were many complaints, and service calls were referred
to him, which he used to do gladly.  Since we have been installing the
QRS system, we've had almost no callbacks or problems.  I don't install
the systems myself, so I can't comment on any problems, but we like the
QRS better.
