I just returned from a golf outing with my brother who was with Loctite most of his career. They put out the original Super glue. I happened to ask him about the effects of CA glue getting real hot in the back of my SUV. He said it would have no effect on how the glue bonds, and that the only factor which determined shelf life was the thickening process which happens with all CA in time. He did say however that heat will definitely weaken a CA joint which has already been made. Just thought I'd throw this in at no charge. ----- Original Message ----- From: Dick Powell <dbpowell1@juno.com> To: <pianotech@ptg.org> Sent: Tuesday, August 29, 2000 3:51 PM Subject: CA glue > Hello List, I'm needing some advice on C A glue.
