Does the grocery store tell you in advance that the price of a gallon of milk
is higher than last week? Does a plumper tell you he is charging more than
last year?
Many years I got several customers because a local tech, (RPT member and
friend of mine) informed his customers he was rasing his prices.
As your friend said, let the customer deal with it. Let them leave you after
you charged them more. But I doubt many will, because they all know bout
inflation.
