Mitch: CA or cyanoacrylate is the modern day equivalent to the Katsenjammer
kids glue of old comic strips.  An early version was called crazy glue and
that is sometimes used as a generic term.  It now comes in three
thicknesses and is available at most hobby shops under their own name.
