No seriously.. this is one of those pain in the butt things that is going to stay that way. If you got rubber gromets that are crumbleing then the piano needs replacements and you should be as insistant upon that as prudence allows for. As for regulating the lost motion itself.. unless somebody invents some kinda fancy ratchet tool to do this job it will remain time consuming for eternety.. so just take your time, be patient and charge acordingly. my 2 bps -- Richard Brekne RPT, N.P.T.F.
