Some subjective differences from my point of view:
1) cost
2) quality of termination points for speaking length
3) spacing
4) appearance

>From my experience the majority of grands have agraffes at least in the
bass.  Then there are many that have agraffes both in the bass and tenor
sections.  Not very many grands have a full complement of agraffes.  And
then there are those that have only the pressure bar concept throughout.
