    Yes, I have often wondered why California finds it necessary to not be
content with the Federal EPA, but also have a state EPA with even More
Restrictions.
    HHHmmmm.........
    But then there's the problem with their electricity; now they want power
from Arizona, and we're telling them to go to (heck).
    Perhaps their new state motto should be; "If you build it, they will
come." As in: Instead of flee, like I did after living there all my life.
