>Does anyone know if the so-called "odorless CA glue" releases the same >harmfull fumes? >Ryan Sowers, RPT Ryan, List, It was reported earlier this year that Bob Smith Super Gold thin CA glue (odorless type) is 2/3rds the strength of the regular CA. It was also mentioned that just because it's odorless doesn't negate that fact that fumes might still be emitted. One other piece of information: Cure time on the Super Gold is advertised as 5-10 seconds. Regular Blue Label CA thin is advertised as 1-3 seconds. According to the dealer where I purchased the two products, these times are derived when used with balsa wood.
