I collected the manufacturer info from the earlier editions by finding them in various public libraries and xeroxing them. It's kind of interesting. In the 2nd edition he excludes some manufacturers who threatened to sue him. You can get the whole pictures of the story by comparing with other editions. Charles Neuman PTG Assoc.
