David Hagberg has an old factory time clock in his shop; he punches in when he starts, punches out when he's done, and can easily compute the amount of time spent on any job. That said, he is a very efficient worker. And a few years ago he decided to take a salaried job in another technician's shop (he does all the belly work at Sanderson Piano Service in Littleton, MA).
