Hi Terry,
               104F was our hot day this year,   It was only 35C today, but
the evenings are sure starting to cool off, fall is not so far away.   Most
homes in this area will fall within a similar range.   It's our
institutions that get drier than a bone.  Like 10% RH or less in winter.
