I also have "The art and Science of Moving a Piano", it came from Jansen. Not exactly what I was looking for, it shows a interesting upright sliding dolly but as I recall it didn't cover the basics. I believe Jim Geiger made a moving video also, swear I saw it for sale someplace but not sure where.
