Dennis Arden R.P.T is the gentleman there that handles orders and tech.
support.  I've had very good luck with them and an item I order on Monday
usually arrives to me in Boston on Thursday.  They do business
internationally and  also offer free technical support (for those of us who
still need it).  I haven't had a chance to order from Schaff or Pianotek yet
so I can't offer a comparison on service.
