Phil,
Boy have you hit the nail on the head!
Someone always paves the road for the rest of the pack. There are many =
areas in this country where strong restoration has been in tack for many =
decades. People in those regions except those services to be available.
But on the other hand, there are many regions where no rebuilding had =
ever been established. With one successful restoration after another, =
the word gets out and soon a market is created. Sounds like that's what =
you are experiencing.

Phil. I'm not game for debate, but rather just asking you to expand =
your thoughts on this subject. I realize that I would likely be in a =
better high-end rebuilding market if I were in New York City, rather =
than Tampa, but I sometimes wonder just what is the deal. Your thoughts =
please. Thanks.

The market that I'm in has not reached the 'restoration' phase =
yet...yes, I feel strongly that your locale has alot to do with with =
type of work..and I'll debate that point with anyone willing to do it =
with me.

sorry..didn't mean to get off-topic there..it's just that 5 years =
ago, I was told that there's very little restoration work going on in =
this area..and in the 5 years that I've been doing this, it has only =
gotten marginally better..but as long as it continues to improve, =
hopefully I am preparing my business for it. For every 5 proposals I =
write, there's 1 willing to do some of the work..like I said, we're not =
there yet.
