I don't think the company is out of business. We install these
systems in large quantities in our store in San Diego. I'm not the
installer, though. The system we usually install doesn't have a floppy
drive, but uses the customer's existing home component stereo CD
player. Sounds like you may have to either replace the head unit or
send it in for repair. When I go to work today, I'll try to find out
some info. to help you out. I'll email you tonight if someone else
doesn't come up with a better answer by then.
