Hello Isaac! The Danair RN 16-16 can drive up to a 16-penny nail - so my guess is that the collar inside diameter is 3/8". Likewise, the Danair RN 16-8 can drive up to an 8-penny nail - and so the collar ID is 21/64". I have the RN 16-8 and it is WAY plenty big on 2/0 pins - could easily handle bigger pins. The RN 16-8 was the model that Danair recommended to me. Good luck - You'll love it! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Isaac OLEG SIMANOT" <oleg-i@wanadoo.fr> To: "Pianotech Mailing list" <pianotech@ptg.org> Sent: Wednesday, May 30, 2001 6:31 PM Subject: Hoax buster web site > Hello > > Nice French "official" site at : > http://www.hoaxbuster.com/hliste/liste2.html (in French) > > or in english > http://urbanlegends.about.com/science/urbanlegends/library/blxatoz.htm . > > I received one today by fax ... > > Isaac OLEG > > > I received a mail from DANAIR, they agree to ship to France a palm nailer. > Thank you for all the info. The underfelt remains the S&S color. It is a cheap repair (will not > use it on my "C") but can certainly help.
