Take an awl and spring the balance rail forward a little to get it out of the worn bushing 'cup'. It will give you a better bang for you time, also turn the front guide pins a little, so there is just a slight amount of side to side movement in the key. This will take out most of the slop from the keys. When we do this, we will tell the customer that it is a band aid fix, and the keys need rebushing. Regards Roger
