strange FAC (SAT) numbers

I have found several pianos with not "ideal" FACs but tune them
anyway.  You can try to get three FACs, one from each string, and
average them together.  This will give you a better tuning anyway.

You can also go over it again aurally and see if you can improve it
that way.
