Piano rentals in Phoenix area

Hi. Someone I know in Japan has a customer who's moving to the US and is
looking for information about piano rental dealers in Phoenix area. He says
the customer wants to rent an upright for 1 to 1.5 years and is wondering
how much it costs or where he can rent.
