Hi Paul
 I like your perspective.  Its only because I've used many types of these
hammers that newton listed that I know whay he's trying to say  as a
generality but I'm not sure all would and as you say results can be made to
fit a wide need level of sound and music.
   Thanks for the epoxied bridge pins dittos. I pulled an average set out of
split caps today in 20 minutes!
