Off-set screw driver

I'm tediously adjusting the front and rear screws on a rocker arm action
to set a hammer line.

Does anyone know of a geared 90 degree driver which would facilitate
this task?

I have an off set screw driver and a ratchet offset driver but something
with greater turning capabilities and easier placement would be welcome.
