BIG GRIN.... actually I think it is a combination effect... born in raised in
capitalist imperialism coupled with 20 years of socialist national isolationism
(funded in no small part by huge oil reserves in the North Sea) .  Kinda
stimulates that old "get it while and where you can" philosophy. Pay no
attention to it. Think of it as something close akin to cleptomania... thats
easier to forgive. :)
