Hi Richard,
                  Bin thar done that with both.  But I have now come full
circle, and tend to do more repinning. Just keep the lubs for fast and
budget jobs.  What ever is causing the sluggishness needs to come out.
Repinning tends not to come back and haunt you, lubs seem to give you just
a 50/50 shot at curing the problem.
Just my take on the issue.
