Ditch the tuning pin bushings

Hi Rons and Del,

I am thinking of something a little different. All the fitting is done
out of the case, all holes are drilled out of the case and without the
plate then the block and plate are screwed together, the bushings are
put in then drilled out from the back side for better alignment for the
pin. I will sue one size smaller bit to prevent damage to the block
holes.

I like the 3 degree angle which is close to my idea of the coil being
1/8" (or less) off the plate and the string coming off the pin is 90
degress to the pin as it rises to the bearing bar. Less an angle is ok
but more is not needed.

Seven to nine degrees? I think not.

Have a good week coming up.
