    Ron, thanks for the information. I'm really sorry to hear that Lynn may
be in this situation. I wouldn't want to deal with a computer that is that
ravaged by viral programs, but to try to deal with it through voice
recognition software would be a nightmare.
    Lynn, if you get this, sorry you're having this problem. I'd suggest you
just shut the computer off and take it in to a good shop. Somewhere that's
REAL good with software, not just hardware. Keep us informed, and good luck.
