We are stretched pretty thin as it is...You might find tho that you would have to forget about the rebuild plans.... not really so big here...folks just dont trust "old"...period. We are on a fjord tho... so your sailboat could almost dock at my front door. Only real problem is getting in to the country for more then a 3 month visit. Pretty tight imigration. But before you pack your bags... remember there is always a yang side to every yin. We dont worry about health insurance... but we have to accept a much higher level of ... er.... I think most americans would call it "socialism" then you have in the US. Personally, I feel more free here then I ever did in the US... but that says really more about me then about the US.
