 If it is the picture with the tuner working, glancing off to the left, with 
some tools in his right back pocket and a handkerchief in his left back 
pocket, tool kit on the floor to his left......then yes it probably is a 
Rockwell print. I have a copy of this thingee on my wall.
 Try the Norman Rockwell Museum home Page.....the museum itself is located 
somewhere around Rutland Vermont I think.
