hammer shanks

These shanks were remarkably well.  I have installed about 20 sets and no
problems have yet occur on any of them. My biggest concern was shank
breakage.
  This configuration works the best with pianos 6ft and under.  Touch weight
improves dramatically and tonal output is enhanced.
Wally Brooks has done his homework and has road tested the tapered
configuration. You can trust his judgment in these matters.
