A lid may be made by any competent wood working shop.  Just remember that
ordinary plywood may have voids that might buzz so only use lumber core
plywood.  That is expensive and hard to come by.  Even tho particle board is
frowned upon it is the material of choice for speaker cabinets since it does
not resonate and has no voids.  Heavy, tho!
