A whole set or a few replacements? If replacements, at least get a 
pair; don't count on what they send being an *exact* match to the one 
still remaining.
Alternative to sending samples: exact measurements. What could be 
better? If Mapes has a problem with that approach, send the 
measurements to Sanderson. They'll take good care of you.
I'm sure you'll get plenty of advice from one & all.
