David,
    I looked at Time & Chaos once but I don't remember seeing anything
about service histories and such. I like to have that info while I'm in
front of the piano and customer. I also keep details about the customer
and referrals and the like which would not be available with Time &
Chaos. Seems that Time & Chaos does little more than any of the other
PIMs I've seen and that's not enough information for me. The last straw
of course is that there is no way to extract the info from PTBiz unless I
pay Ed to convert to a non password protected format. IU doubt he's
likely to do this.  I could try to hack the password but I doubt I'd ever
be able to. This leads me back to trying to find the best that I can and
sticking with it because I'll likely be paying someone for a whole lot of
data entry to make it useable. Does this sound logical to any of you?
