Killer Octave - Warranty Issue?

Serial# GJ60135, built in 1998, Black High Gloss Kohler & Campbell/Samick
grand.  I hope it's not the same we sent back.
I have seen several of these to date and there's no question it's a design
flaw...and quite frankly Samick knows that as well. Stand tall on your
position if in fact the measurements show problems is in the board.
I think Samick was banking on selling these pianos to (not only) people who
don't play the piano, but also don't get them service by knowledgeable
technicians.
Personally they would have been better off by adding no strings or action,
and put a small CD player inside with piano music.
