I wasn't thinking about maintaining downbearing or hammering in some angle.
The installations I've seen weren't recessed into the bridge, but just
hammered onto the top of the existing cap, supplying plenty of extra
bearing. I was thinking more along the lines of pre-patent Wapinization.
