It seems such an impossible situation.  The enemy is
not a country or a state but an organisation of
extreme fundamentalists who have links in at least 35
countries.  They are hated as much by ordinary muslims
who do not hold these extreme views.  So what can be
done?  What a dreadful dilemma for President Bush and
the American Government.
